This 30-hour Body & Flow advanced teacher training builds on Mat I, taking your teaching to the next level. Focusing on advanced exercises, refined cueing and hands-on techniques, and working safely with conditions such as lower back pain, disc pathologies, and osteoporosis, you will develop the skills and confidence to guide students through challenging work with precision and care. This 12-hour Body & Flow evidence-informed course covers the physiological, emotional, and structural changes of menopause and how to adapt movement and exercise to support midlife women effectively.
