The training focuses on the postnatal body – the key physical and functional changes after pregnancy and birth – and provides you with practical tools to guide recovery progressively and with confidence. The emphasis is on restoring core function, pelvic floor coordination, and movement quality while meeting each client where she is in her recovery.
