This 6-hour workshop provides fitness professionals and movement students with a clear, clinical understanding of common upper-limb injuries and how to work with them safely and effectively. Using a movement-based rehabilitation approach, you will learn how injuries develop, how tissue heals, and how to adapt exercise at each stage of recovery.

What the course covers:
- Types of pain: acute, chronic, inflammatory, and referred
- Pain mechanics and physiology – how pain works in the body
- How to communicate effectively with clients who are in pain
- Essential anatomy of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist
- Common conditions: frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome
- How each injury develops, key signs and symptoms, and evidence-informed rehabilitation strategies
- Exercise adaptation for different stages of recovery
- Clinical reasoning and decision-making in real teaching scenarios

- Theory exam taken online
