Pilates Mat II Teacher Training
This 30-hour course takes your mat teaching to an advanced level. Building on the foundation of Mat I, it focuses on breaking down and teaching advanced exercises, refining teaching skills, and working safely with students facing common conditions such as lower back pain, disc pathologies, and osteoporosis.
