Our studio is surrounded by a charming garden; the ambience is quiet and pleasant. The Pilates sessions are given by American born and trained, Tamar Even-Kesef and her team of Pilates trainers. Each one of our Pilates trainers was selected carefully and all have years of experience in the areas of Pilates, dancing and physical fitness – plus they all speak English!
