This 95-hour course trains you to teach Pilates Reformer confidently and effectively – from beginner through advanced. It is open to graduates of the Body & Flow Pilates Mat I course and existing movement professionals with an equivalent foundation. The course has a strong practical focus. You will learn to read bodies, spot misalignments, and give precise corrections – using both verbal and tactile cueing. Alongside the full repertoire, the training covers pathologies, postural assessment, and how to adapt teaching for different populations and class settings.
