Pilates Cadillac Teacher Training

This 55-hour course trains you to teach Pilates Cadillac from beginner to advanced level. It is designed for qualified Pilates teachers looking to expand their apparatus teaching, and is open to graduates of the Body & Flow Pilates Mat I course or equivalent.

Beyond the full Cadillac repertoire, the course takes a focused look at foot anatomy and its role in movement, the fascial system and its importance for the moving body, and the business side of being a Pilates teacher or studio owner.

Available in-person and in a hybrid format.
