This 45-hour course trains you to teach Pilates mat work from foundational through intermediate level. It is the entry point into the Body & Flow teacher training pathway and is open to those who have completed the Body & Flow Anatomy for Movement course or an equivalent.
The course is available in-person and in a hybrid format.
