Ory will be travelling to Italy to teach a special series of Pilates workshops and classes at Carla’s studio in Ascoli Piceno.

The visit will include practical workshops, movement classes, and opportunities to explore Pilates teaching, movement principles, and how to apply exercises in greater depth.
