During the Advanced Mat Course (Mat II), we deepen teaching skills while expanding the mat repertoire with more advanced and creative exercises. The course explores common back-related issues, including disc pathologies, and how they present in movement, supporting more confident and informed work with these populations.

Throughout the course, we introduce additional exercises, progressions, and variations to expand your movement vocabulary. This allows for greater adaptability in class design, clearer cueing, and more responsive teaching that meets different bodies and needs.

The focus is on thoughtful application – connecting anatomy, movement principles, and practice to support intelligent, flexible, and engaging mat teaching.
