is a fully equipped studio in which we offer a variety of classes by professional instructors in a warm and friendly environment, situated in Bangkok CBD on Phloenchit road. Since its establishment in 2005, the studio introduces the utmost standards in Pilates classes: mat, apparatus, Fit Ball, Pre & Post Natal, Physical Therapy to name a few as well as many interesting workshops which are offered on a monthly basis. We also offer Pilates education courses by Body and Flow in NYC,  and Post Natal and Mommy & Me to name a few.
