This workshop will explore injuries affecting the lower body. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the three stages of healing— inflammation, repair, and remodeling— which are essential for guiding the recovery process. We will also examine the anatomy of the pelvis and lower limbs, which is crucial for understanding injury mechanisms.

The workshop will focus on conditions such as IT band syndrome, piriformis syndrome, runner’s knee, meniscus tears, and ankle sprains. For each condition, we will cover how the injury occurs, key signs and symptoms, and strategies to support the rehabilitation process— from mobility work to strengthening exercises. Expect practical insights and evidence-based approaches that enhance recovery and help prevent future issues.

By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to confidently manage and support the rehabilitation of common lower-body injuries.
