Introduction to Anatomy :: Lahore :: Pakistan

During this course, we will learn the basic anatomy fundamentals required to proceed to the next  Pilates education course. We will learn the anatomical terminology, planes of movement, and names and locations of bones, joints, and muscles in the body. We will also overview the respiratory, nervous, and circulatory systems to ensure an understanding of the different functions of the body. This course will enhance your teaching and deepen your understanding of the body and the Pilates method.
